Cell Line Development

We provide CHO-based cell line development platform for the efficient expression of high-quality antibodies. The system combines a state-of-the-art expression vector with a CHO-GS cell line, which guarantee the obtaining of high-producing and stable clones for any target molecule. By using this system, stable clones can be obtained within a few months that routinely reach 6-10 g/L antibody titers in standard fed-batch processes.
